I'ON Village is nationally renowned and recognized as one of America’s finest
planned “smart growth” communities. The I’ON village community received the
2001 National Association of Builders award for “Best Smart Growth
Community in the Nation”. Inside I’ON, you will find sidewalks,
alleys, interconnecting streets and majestic oak trees which validates just how
special I'ON is to its residents. The developer’s vision to incorporate both
natural as well as man made open space offers some of the lowcountry's
most precious wildlife a place to call home. You will also agree and
find this unique lowcountry community a beautiful place to call home.
Inside I’ON, you will find that its layout
is pedestrian friendly. The I’ON community
offers the residents a great bumper sticker that reads “20 is plenty in I’ON”.
You can always find something to
do outdoors at this wonderful award winning self contained community. In the evening,
you might enjoy a walk through the rookery reserve. Here you can watch
egrets, blue herons, and osprey coming back to nest from a full day’s catch
out on the open water. You might also see one of your neighbors perched
in one of the two rookery reserve
observatory towers.
The East and West Lakes also provide plenty of
activities for the residents. Here you might enjoy kayaking, boating, swimming
or fishing.
You could also enjoy watching a competitive game of water polo from
your screened porch overlooking one of the lakes.
Mt. Pleasant's only amphitheater is also located inside the
grounds of I’ON. Here you will find many wonderful events
held throughout
the year.
The
neo-traditional I’ON Creek Club is surrounded by majestic oaks with hanging Spanish moss and
wonderful views of Molasses creek and salt water marshes. The I’ON Creek
Club
offers you an excellent venue for local charity fundraisers as well as
weddings, and club events.
The I’ON
Club amenity center also offers the residents the perfect place
for swimming, tennis, soccer and all different types of kid’s camps and
adult tournaments throughout the year.
I’ON is located near Historic
Downtown Charleston and the new Cooper River Bridge
which makes it a premier location.

Are you looking for
Charleston charm? The entire Old Village community is listed in the National Historic
Registry and is recognized internationally for its historic charm. You will
find many of the homes located along the Charleston Harbor with spectacular
views of the "Holy City". The
Old Village landscape is what everyone imagines when they think of
Charleston SC. You will find ancient live oak trees draped in Spanish moss framing
beautiful historic Victorian and Georgian homes.
One of my favorite past times is to walk around the streets of the Old
Village imagining what life must have been like back in the late 1800’s.
This would have been a great place to call home and live during the
antebellum era. Should you desire the “Old South” charm without being
in the city then the Old Village makes a great choice. The Old Village
is located minutes from Historic Downtown Charleston and the new Copper
River Bridge.

Olde Park is one of
Charleston’s most prestigious neighborhoods. You will find lawyers, doctors
and business owners enjoying Olde Park’s newly built homes which boast some
of the area's biggest grand oak trees.
The Olde Park residents enjoy wonderful custom-designed and built homes
which provide the homeowner with every modern day convenience imaginable. The
majority of homes will be over 4000 square feet of living space and
boost beautiful Brazilian Cherry floors, granite counter tops and luxurious
master bathrooms to include limestone floors and steam rooms. There are
just too many luxurious details and fine qualities in these homes to list.
If you can afford Olde Park and the right house becomes available on the
market, it will certainly make your short list.
Olde Park is the community where
my clients will reminisce back to a
particular neighborhood and
refer to it as the place where the wealthy live in their community. Although Olde Park is
a newer community, you still get the sense of a more established
neighborhood. Olde Park’s great location and the feeling you get from a neighborhood which
resembles a more established community makes this subdivision a really
sought after community.
Olde Park is located just off Mathis Ferry Road and minutes from the new
Cooper River Bridge and Historic Downtown Charleston make this one of Mt. Pleasant's exceptional neighborhoods.

Hamlin Plantation Subsections; Madison, Waverly,
The Village, The Sound, and
Amenity Center
Hamlin Plantation is located approximately four miles north of the
Isle of Palms connector off of Rifle Range Road. This 1350 acre
community offers its owners the opportunity to be completely in touch with
nature while still being close to modern day conveniences. The Sound
subsection at Hamlin Plantation offers each individual owner the opportunity
to build his/her custom dream home. Another great thing about the Sound subsection in
Hamlin Plantation is that you do not have to meet a time requirement for building your
home.
The Sound subsection lot popularity is evident through their scarce
availability and continued appreciation. You will find the premier
lots to be facing Hamlin Sound with million dollar expansive
marsh views.
These premium lots are located along Intracoastal View Drive and Sound View Drive.
Together, these two drives combine for over
one mile of breath taking views to include
Hamlin Sound, Deewees Island, Goat Island, and the Intracoastal waterway.
If
you are looking for the best expansive marsh views in Mt. Pleasant SC then
Hamlin Plantation’s Sound subsection gives you exactly what you are looking
for.
Hamlin plantation also offers residents great amenities to enjoy which include a plantation style
club house, fitness center, Jr. Olympic
size pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball, playground, walking trails and
boat storage. Hamlin Plantation’s amenities are really one of the area’s
best.

Seaside Farms Subdivision
::
Subsections; Magnolia Woods, Cathedral Oaks, Wild
Olive, Watermark, Marais, and Long Grove
Seaside Farms located at the intersections of the Isle of Palms
connector and Rifle Range Road in Mount Pleasant, SC is a local favorite to
many town residents because of its close proximity to the Isle of Palms and
Sullivan’s Island. Besides easy access to the area’s premier beaches, you
will find modern day conveniences like major department store shopping and
great restaurants all with in the close proximity of your home.
You will also find all types of homes, restaurants and shops located on this
505 acre mixed-use community. The first subsection, Wild Olive, was built
by Centex homes back in 1999. This sixty-six home community was first offered by
means of the lottery system. If you were lucky and your name was
drawn, then
you got to live and buy a home in Seaside Farms. This selling of homes by
means of a lottery system was a first in the town of Mt. Pleasant. The next
and last subsection to be built by Centex Homes was Magnolia Woods, which
totals 260 homes.
You will also find a very diverse population among Seaside Farm neighbors.
There are singles and young professionals working at MUSC Hospital to retirees relocating from the Isle of Palms, SC. Again, what
attracts everyone to Seaside Farms in Mt. Pleasant SC is its great
location. You have the Isle of Palms beach just a short 3 miles east
over the Isle of Palms connector. You also have great department store and
boutique shopping found at the Mount Pleasant town center located
less than 1mile away. You will also enjoy the many other conveniences
located at Seaside Farms like restaurants such as Mike Caldor’s Irish Pub
which serves great chicken wings and Philly cheese steak subs, Gilligan’s
a local seafood restaurant chain, and Yamamotos Japanese style restaurant.
You will also find the new Just Fresh which serves a great lunch. The soup
and salad special is a favorite to its many frequent diners.
Seaside Farms offers its residents many other conveniences like
a beauty
salon, fitness center, liquor store and Marriott/Homewood suites hotel. The
two anchor stores are the Target and the award winning Piggly Wiggly
supermarket. Everything is so convenient for the Seaside Farm residents that
they can walk or bike for all their daily living needs. If you do
decide to drive your car, Charleston is only seven miles away. Seaside
Farms location is very hard to beat.

River
Reach is located right on the Wando River near the new Cooper River Bridge
and Historic Downtown Charleston. This 15.5 acre community was once the home
field for the College of Charleston’s soccer team. The River Reach
community will have a total of 23 home sites at its final completion.
Of the twenty-three building sites, seventeen will provide their new luxury-class home owner
with true
deepwater access via the Wando River and Molasses Creek. River Reach
will be the premier Charleston neighborhood upon its completion. But
you better hurry if you want to get in on this ground floor opportunity
because there are only a few lots left. Oh, by the way, did I mention
you better bring your check book because these remaining lots are selling
for over 500k plus.

homeowner's with the best expansive marsh views and deepwater access
via Toomer Creek, Darrell Creek and Wando River.
The developers of Park West set aside 1700 acres of the community or nearly one-fifth of
its total acreage in its natural state. This designated green space
area is where you

of the home owners from the twenty-three distinctive neighborhoods out and about enjoying the walking and biking trails. Just think you can
train for your next Triathlon without every having to leave your own

Dunes West Subsections; Marsh Landing, Wagner Pointe, Brickfall Estates,
Osprey Cove, and Amenity Center
Dunes West is like a fine wine. It just keeps getting
better with time. Dunes West is one of the few places in Mt. Pleasant
where the property owners actually own some land. You will find plenty of
lots in the above referenced subsections with over one acre of land as well
as their own private deepwater dock. This gated community will offer
you resort
amenities like the Arthur Hills championship golf course and Antebellum
Clubhouse, tennis pavilion, 10 tennis courts and Tennis Pro, Junior
Olympic size pool, fitness center and plenty of walking and biking trails

Rivertowne Subsections;
Rivertowne on the Wando and Rivertowne Country Club
Rivertowne on the Wando and Rivertowne Country Club are two
beautiful neighborhoods. Rivertowne on the Wando presents itself as
the small seaside village with its rainbow of house colors, palm lined
streets, picket
fences and alley ways.
The Rivertowne County Club will
provide you the benefits
associated with county club living. Arnold Palmer designed this magnificent lowcountry layout for your
golfing enjoyment. The golf course is in great shape and was voted by The South Carolina Golf Course
